how to different mail from_notify_admin

Hello
let me explain

I have 10 postfix server having all the same  relayhost for outbound mail.

it this relay host (postfix+amavis) which filter  all mail.

I want to have a different "from_notify_admin", "mailfrom_notify_recip" 
and "mailfrom_notify_spamadmin" depending of server which send the mail 
to the relayhost

Don't really know how to achieve this
