Hold instead of quarantine

Hi,

I'm using postfix with amavis for post-queue filtering. Is a gateway
platform, there is no local user nor mailbox.

I'm seeking for a way of putting on HOLD the malicious emails (after
amavis), preferable on postfix HOLD folder/queue.

Is there any way or suggestion how to achieve that?
The scope is to review these suspect messages and un-hold or delete
accordingly.
