Clarification on master.cf configuration for configurating transport

It is not required. I think it was there in early examples
as a tiny efficiency measure, but it's really not of any
relevance as a local caching recursive DNS would serve
such repeated requests from a cache anyway.
Someone should correct me if I remembered incorrectly.
