2.9.1 reload crashes

Thanks, yes that (ownership) was the problem (what do they say about
doing updates on a Friday!!!) After I copied the files into place, I
neglected to chown.  my bad, thanks for the cluestick - now I can go
and enjoy my weekend without fear of SMS alerts at 2AM for high
mailq's :)
