Oversize Email Quarantine Handling

Hi list

I've noticed that with a policy in place to quarantine email above a
certain size for a user, email above this limit is being truncated within
the quarantine destination (e.g. sql or file) to the size limit of the
policy.

So basically only a portion of the email is being quarantined.

The policy is stored within sql via the message_size_limit column in the
policy table.

Is this as designed, i.e. only the first x MB of the email should be
quarantined (size set by the policy) or should the whole email be
quarantined?

The version I am using is 2.8.0.
