quarantine release

Hi,

Add the desired recipient as a second (optional) parameter to amavisd-release (third parameter if you use the secret).

# cat /usr/sbin/amavisd-release | head

# Usage:
#   amavisd-release mail_file secret_id [alt_recip1 alt_recip2 ..]
