TLS problem

I have exactly the same problem, but with amavisd 2.7.1.

/var/log/mail.err is full of errors:

Oct 18 15:04:42 mailserver amavis[10168]: (10168-04) (!!)Error on socket:
SSL connect attempt failed with unknown error error:14092110:SSL
routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_HELLO:attempt to reuse session in different context\n

The errors occur every some minutes, between 2 and 10 minutes most of the time.

Also some of the mails stay in mail queue for a long time before they get
delivered. But most mails are getting delivered.
