TCP.pm Net::Server failure ?

[via amavis-users]

I just got a new centos server, it came pre-config with postfix/amavis etc
# amavisd -V
amavisd-new-2.8.0 (20120630)

it was working ok last two weeks, this morning I see amavis stopped, get
as below, any thoughts ?
