SpamAssassin rules per domain or mail account

Hello

I want to know if it is possible to blacklist sender or domains per
individual user or domains?
I have some users, who don't like maybe mails from spammer at example.org,
some others would like them.
So I would like to score the mails (maybe with +10) only for mails to
the first group, but not to the others.

I found something about the setting:
$per_recip_blacklist_sender_lookup_tables

but I don't know if this would be the right point to do things.
Are there some examples?

I have on my Ubuntu server 12.04 a Postfix 2.9.3-2, AMaViS 2.6.5 and
Spamassassin 3.3.2
I have virtual users in a mysql database and several mail-domains are
running on the server.

How can I bestly do it?
