Amavis disclaimer support in SQL

Just a query, I noticed that the policy table in the SQl Schema contains a field " disclaimer_options"

Does this rely on Altermime, if so is there an updated patched version about as the one I can find doesn't 
want to compile.

Also is there documentation on use. In the past I've used it with Postfix rather than Amavisd-new.
