Mail deferred by amavisd

Somewhere you have a policy bank with a protocol of zero.

Try:
grep protocol /etc/amavisd.conf
(Or wherever your amavisd.conf is)

This will return all lines that mention a protocol. The one with '0' is
the one that needs fixing though I can't say what it needs there.
