Block mails with URL-link in message

Put this in a .cf file in /etc/mail/spamassassin

uri FRED_BLOCK_THIS /thisevilsite\.example\.com/
score FRED_BLOCK_THIS 100.00
describe FRED_BLOCK_THIS has a url that needs to be blocked.

Then restart amavisd
