How to configure score_sender_maps

Hi,

I use amavisd-new-2.7.0 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.4 
(Santiago) and need some help configuring score_sender_maps.

So far I already understand how to score adresses. But I often receive 
spam from various (faked) addresses which have a common phrase like 
"Privilege Club Casino" in their from field. Is there a way to score these?
