About DBD::mysql::st execute failed

Dear Mark,

OS : FreeBSD9.0
Amavisd : amavisd-new-2.8.0,1
Postfix : postfix-2.9.4,1

I found some NOTICE log on my smtp+amavisd box ,
Is it safe to ignore or not ?
Or should I need to install any module in amavisd ?

amavis[2817]: (02817-10) NOTICE: reconnecting in response to: err=2006, HY000, DBD::mysql::st execute failed: MySQL server has gone away at (eval 115) line 172, <GEN26> line 13234.
