Banned notify

A search for this parameter returns no results.
mail:~# grep -inr banned_admin_maps /etc/amavis/conf.d/*

I'm using installed via apt-get
mail:~# dpkg -l | grep amavis
ii  amavisd-new                         1:2.6.4-3
 Interface between MTA and virus scanner/content filters
