SQL schema question

Hi,

The modoboa *amavis* plugin currently supports versions 2.6.X. I'm 
trying to make it compatible with version 2.7 and more.

It seems the SQL schema has been modified and I see that many forgein 
key definitions have been commented out, not removed.

Mark, could you please give me explanation about this change? (or 
redirect me to an old thread is the question has already been asked)
