This is the default Gentoo conf:

  $ sudo grep dkim /etc/amavisd.conf
  $enable_dkim_verification = 0;  # enable DKIM signatures verification
  $enable_dkim_signing = 0;    # load DKIM signing code, keys defined
  by dkim_key
