amavisd : dspam training

There is no learning feedback for spam scanners currently implemented
by amavisd, each can/must implement its own autolearning.

SpamAssassin does its own Bayes autolearning. For CRM114 the
autolearning is implemented when CRM114 is used as a SpamAssassin
plugin. Don't know if there exists a DSPAM plugin for SpamAssassin.

In principle you could feed it mail from spam and clean quarantines,
if these are low on false positives.
