You are trying to run amavisd in a chroot jail.

If this is not your intention, leave $daemon_chroot_dir
empty or undefined (which is a default), instead of
having it set to '/var/amavis'.

If you do want to run chrooted, this is much more complicated.
You need to follow README.chroot and adapt it to your OS.
