I suggest compiling a 2.8 version of postfix, and enable postscreen.
Postscreen does a good job of disconnecting bogus mailers.
Very cheap on CPU cycles compared to other options such
as spamassassin.
If you like, also enable the greylisting which is said to be
delivered with iredmail.
