Skip clamd scanning when daemon did not respond

In your amavisd.conf file, find the section for @av_scanners_backup
and uncomment the always-clean entry (or add if it's not there)

# always succeeds (uncomment to consider mail clean if all other
scanners fail)
 ['always-clean', sub {0}],
