How to fail freemail not coming from freemail domain's SMTP?

Here is an example of the problem:

I'd like to score something negative against a situation where the
from address shows an address from hotmail, gmail, yahoo, and yet the
SMTP server talking to us isn't one of the SMTP servers belonging to
the freemail domain.
There were no DKIM signature in the headers.
