MIME Parser Error

For some reason today Postfix started queuing up all mail inbound and
outbound. I've made no changes at all to Postfix and or Amavisd-new. I
checked the queue and all messages are showing:

(host 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1] said: 451 4.5.0 Error in processing,
id=12255-01-2, mime_decode-1 FAILED: MIME::Parser: can't open tmpfile:
Invalid argument (in reply to end of DATA command))

(host 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1] said: 421 4.3.2 Service shutting down,
closing channel (in reply to MAIL FROM command))

I've never encountered this before and I'm looking in /var/log/maillog
for clues to what the problem is but it tells me the same as the
errors above which I see from 'postqueue -p'.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this and or what the issue could
be? In my logs, I see messages from either Postfix or Dovecot but
nothing from Amavis.
