allow xlsb in banned_namepath_re

Hi,
howto allow XLSB extension in banned_namepath_re?

I'm trying
  [ qr'(?# SPECIAL ALLOW NEW MS-OFFICE) ^ (.*\t)? T=(xlsb) (\t.*)? $'xmi => 
0 ],  # allow

at beginning (first place) of the banned_namepath_re declaration, but doesn't 
works, I got
BANNED contents from you (BLOCK THESE TYPES:.exe,.exe-unix,xl/workbook.bin)

Or better idea how allow this new MS Excel binary spreadsheet?
