Amavisd-release sends messages back to quarantine?

I think I've found it.  The default $notify_method is localhost:10025, while
Mandriva used 10025 for something else and moved it to 10026.  I had the
$forward_method set correctly, which is why mail passed, but amavisd-release
uses $notify_method....
