Reload not working after installing 2.7.0

A reloaded amavisd does not start with root privileges.
Probably something is not accessible to a uid under which
amavisd is running. Likely candidates are the config file
and DKIM signing keys.

The best way to see the diagnostics is to start: amavisd debug
on one console, then issue: amavisd reload  from another console
and observe the diagnostics in the first.
