Changes since 2.7.0-rc1:

- be more conservative on keeping evidence of a SMTP transaction
  state - fixes the "MAIL transaction in progress" bug (under rare
  circumstances);
- fixed double insertion of X-Spam-Checker-Version;
- make $virus_scanners_failure_is_fatal a member of policy banks;
- fixed an unwarranted "Rejected, but status not 5xx?" warning;
- let Net::LDAP choose a default port number instead of guessing;
- turn on 'inet6' option with Net::LDAP;
- added a $soft_bounce config option (potentially useful for testing);

Btw, I noticed that I did add new attributes to LDAP.schema,
but failed to update the alternative format LDAP.ldif.
