Custom disclaimers

Is there any way to do custom disclaimers on a per-user and per-domain basis?  We've got a lot of different domains and different users who want to add different disclaimers. Potentially hundreds or thousands of different bits of text they want to put in.

We can store all this in a sql database.  Is there a version of altermime that can do a SQL lookup to get the text for the disclaimer?  Or would there be a way to pass a string to altermime and have it use that instead of reading the disclaimer text from a text file stored on disk?  Or perhaps we need to use the custom hooks in amavisd-new?  

I'd appreciate any guidance and ideas.
