Find out the corresponding postfix log entry (same timestamp).
Perhaps the Postfix smtpd service on port 10025 does not have
content filtering disabled?

This log entry is a consequence of the amavisd task 15427-01 failing.
You need to find out in the postfix log why postfix made the 15427-01 fail.

My first guess is a mail routing loop.
