<p>Correct interface policy bank it not loaded for me when connected to unix socket. Amavisd-new 2.11.0 on Ubuntu 18.04, Perl v5.26.1.</p>

<p>I've made a little investigation and found that both NS_port and NS_unix_path are empty in allow_deny_hook.</p>

<p>What can be wrong?</p>
