from quarantine, amavisd-new processes the message as if it
were new, and performs the original quarantining action....<br>

Running 2.6.6, I don’t think it did this with 2.6.5, advice
welcome.<br>

diff your amavisd.conf vs the stock one. you might have something
set strange.<br>
