different message sizes for outgoing mail and incoming mail per use

Hi,

Is there a way to have different message sizes for outgoing mail and
incoming  per user?

let's say user xyz at domain.com should have 20 MB for outgoing and 10 MB for
incoming.

Is it possible with amavisd-new?
